UMEAKUEWULU RECEIVES FIDSON HEALTHCARE PLC, COMMENDS SUPPORT FOR COOUTH The Chief Medical Director of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Teaching Hospital, Amaku, Awka, Dr. Maureen Uche Umeakuewulu, on Thursday, 30th April 2026, received representatives of FIDSON Healthcare Plc who paid her a courtesy visit to her office and donated one unit of 1.5HP LG air conditioner to the hospital. The delegation was led by Pharm. Chidi Ezeoba, Divisional Manager, South East and South West, Pharm. Genevieve Onwudiwe, Medical Representative, Anambra State and Pharn Nkem Obiano, the Ag Pharmacy Department who ushered the delegate to the CMD. The visit underscored the company’s commitment to supporting healthcare delivery and strengthening partnerships with COOUTH. In her response, Dr. Umeakuewulu warmly welcomed the team and expressed deep appreciation for their thoughtful donation, noting that such support contributes significantly to improving the hospital environment for both patients and staff.
